I love different recipes of Meat Loaf, and yours seems excellent. Elegant, but not difficult to assemble. I have a question. Do you process the rice before adding it, or do you add it as it is, after cooked? I frecuently use rice instead of the bread crumbs or the oats in different loaves recipes, and I use it processed, after cooked. It gives the loaf a different texture, making the handling of the product easier.
Again, thanks for a wonderful recipe!
