I've made the change on the time for your chicken casserole and will try it later this week. Also can't wait to try your Ambrosia & Orange Dressing--Alabama Style. Hope we can get that on the menu for Father's Day. That dressing sounds just too good! And I thought that recipe had to be yours.
Monday I had an all-hour cooking marathon to prepare some meals for our dear under-the-weather daughter-in-law. She'll be sorry not to have your chicken I know - another time. Then Tuesday we left early in the morning for a day of babysitting the "grands". The kids were fun and I let the 4-year old twins bake brownies (right from the box) in those mini-muffin tins and then carefully helped them shove down an unwrapped miniature Reese's peanut butter cup in each one as soon as they came out of the oven. They were so tickled. Kids were no problem but their new, adorable Golden Retriever puppy was a challenge the entire day! After two long days, today I've been feeling older, not better. Most days, it's the opposite!
