to that menu and you're at my mom's house or at mine! One thing we do with the bacon grease is to use mostly oil but put a couple of tablespoons of bacon fat in with it. You get the taste without the cholesterol. We also save some bacon grease to grease the cornbread skillet with. It makes a crust like no other. I only season my chicken with s&p but i will try the lemon pepper. Thanks chiqui!
