Thanks for your positive comments. As I said before, these recipes are very old, and part of my trasured magazine and newspaper clippings. I love the Old Virginia, because it contains liquid smoke, and I love the special taste it gives to the ribs. Nevertheless, the Pennsylvania Dutch is very close to my heart and mostly preferred by tropical palates, because of the orange juice, molasses and raisins. Sometimes, I use pinneaple juice instead of the orange juice, and substitute the orange rind with some crushed fresh pinneaple. Also, as we get older, we use less chili and Tabasco. Both are so good that you will love both of them. Thanks again for your comments.

As a matter of fact, our good friend Gina also has newspaper clippings and use them. Bon Appetit!
