I can't wait to try this recipe. I think that I will be substituting leftover turkey breast for the chicken. When I saw the name of the dish, I thought that you had gotten it from the book, DIVINE SECRETS OF THE YA-YA SISTERHOOD! That was a great book and this is a great recipe.
