Thanks for the lovely complements Gina.I also love coconut milk in Soups I make a lovely Curried lamb and butternut one for winter which has lots of fresh corindar in it(I love the peppery taste!) and coconut milk,also a nice chicken soup done in an asian style which my daughter would eat any time of the year(me Too!)If you,de like either of these recs I,de gladly post them
