Here's a good dessert to serve with your corned beef & cabbage: Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie 5 eggs 1 1/4 cups white sugar 1/2 tablespoon salt 3/4 cup butter or margarine 1 cup light corn syrup 3/4 cup Irish Cream Liqueur 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups macadamia nuts 1 - 9 inch pie shell
Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, & butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup & liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips & nuts. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. Cool.
