Explanations are in order. I had been under considerable pain durinf the last 6 months. The X-rays did not reflected the fractures because they are linear fractures. Therefore, my dentist referred me to a prosthodoncist. He said that because of the stress I was biting during the night with extraordinary force (sleep)and that was causing the pain. In the meantime all my glands and nerves were swelled and my face (Right side) was deformed. Finally they were sending me from one specialist to the other and I was on the eve of a nervous breakdown. Finally I went to the surgeon (Maxilofacial) and he confirmed the fractures. Yesterday he operated the lower side where the greatest infection was, he leaned the bone, but he refused to operate the upper two molars. For those two I have a visit to the endodoncist for next week for two root canals and restoration of both molars. Then, if it does not work, they will finally give the go ahead for extraction. Now I am enduring only half the pain, but as it is I am desperate.
I really appreciate all my friends best wishes. I am looking forward to improve because Christmas is a constant party in Puerto Rico.
Receive all my love and best wishes. Your friend
Gladys/PR
