Just to let you know, I am often a fly on the wall, reading posts and copying out recipes, but my internet service provider is kind of undependable, and very often I get cut off. So I haven't posted much, although it's working better now so I should be a little more dependable! You may recall you suggested I post some Dominican recipes...unfortunately, my suegra was quite famous for being a not-so-great cook, so there you go, now all the world knows! I hope you don't think I am being unkind, it's easier to just tell the truth, though. So anyway, I will post some recipes soon, winter means spending more time indoors with my cyber-friends. Thanks again, sweet potatoes and ginger and a little brown sugar are just about my husband's most favourite things in the whole world!
