Hi, Emilee! One of my favorite quick meals is similar to your method. I like to add one-half to a whole package of frozen "California Style" vegetables (carrots, broccoli & cauliflower, or whatever mix you prefer) to the browned ground beef. Add seasonings of choice, cook until veggies are tender and serve in pita halves. Grated cheddar cheese sprinkled on top is good, too!
