Gina, Thanks for your posting of Jan 7th about the Yankee Pot Roast and the soup you made from the left overs. I and a couple other persons have been searching for just such recipe for quite some time. The Montana Restaurant Chain in Canada offers a dish called "Yankee Pot Roast Soup" and I think you have hit the nail on the head. Thanks again and I certainly will give it a try. Thomas in Maryland.
