Yes, use cream sherry, that is what I used...Spanish Jerez Sherry, same thing.
Mom and I had the leftovers today for lunch after a hard day's work in the yard and let me tell you, it is soooo delicious the next day!!!
The gravy is definitly worth making, what a wonderful aroma and flavor. We were thinking what a wonderful buffet dish this would make.
Make sure you try it out with the carrots, they were quite delectable!!
