Hot Onion Souffle Appetizer This is another good recipe that I got from the same source, on the local TV station from the weatherperson doing a cooking segment. Also the same person that came up with the strawberry salad recipe.
3-4 cups (12-14 oz.) frozen chopped onions, thawed and squeezed dry 2 cups parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayo 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Pour in shallow dish. Bake 425 for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
