Thanks for the recipe. It sounds like a great salad. I'm glad you are posting again. I was worried about you, as I have been hearing about the forrest fires in central Florida on many newscasts. I was beginning to be afraid that you were caught up in them. I'm glad you were just on a trip.
How is your herb garden doing? Last year we were talking about chocolate mint. I was talking with someone today who uses it to make milkshakes. He chops up 1/2 cup of the chocolate mint, mixes it with fat-free frozen yogurt, & blends them together with a blender. He then puts it in the freezer again for a while to thicken some before drinking it. This sounds good. I've been looking for ways to use my chocolate mint. Carol
