Carol, thanks for the crock pot beef recipe and I hope you enjoy the Spinach Pasta. Here is one of my favorite crock pot recipes:
Pork Chops and Gravy (Crock Pot)
1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 6 (1-inch thick) lean pork chops 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can CONDENSED chicken broth, undiluted - this is a Campbell's product 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish; dredge chops in flour mixture, set aside. Combine remaining flour mixture and chicken broth in slow cooker. Pour oil into a large skillet; place over med.-high heat until hot. Cook chops in oil just until browned on both sides; place in slow cooker. Move chops around until covered with broth/sauce. Cook, covered on high for 2-2 1/2 hr. or until tender or on high for 1 hour and then low for 5-6 hr. Serve with hot rice or mashed potatoes. These are very tender and yummy. Hope you enjoy!
