wow guys! I can't thank you all enough for all your help! The recipes sound wonderful! I'll make a few of them before I leave so the DH Doesn't starve while I'm gone! I know that these will help make my brother and sister-in-law a bit more at ease while they adjust.

I may be leaving sooner than expected-I've been told that the little one may turn out to be an aerobics instructor!
