wish I could be there the bisque recipe sounds wonderful I must try it.I love your stories of your lovely country I feel as If I can visulise it just by reading your posts!I wish you a wonderful New Year........Its very hot here I,ve just got out of the pool and am sat here in our little thatched office just away from the pool in an orange sarong I plan to swim and read for the rest of the day I,m making a Chicken salad with various fruits and lots of fresh warm olive bread(quite my fav thing at the moment!)So hopefully it,ll be a nice restful day!!!
