Chicken Fried Steak
2 1/2 - 3lbs. Cube Steak or Round Steak(fat removed and steak pounded very thinly) 2 eggs, beaten well and seasoned with salt and pepper saltine cracker crumbs, crushed
Dip steak into beaten eggs, then cracker crumbs. Fry until golden brown and steak is done. Serve with brown or cream gravy.
