Frank and Chili Manicotti Ole'
10 manicotti 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated 10 frankfurters 2 cans chili (use Hormel hot chili with beans) 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
Boil manicotti until just tender. Slit hot dogs lengthwise. Stuff manicotti with hot dogs and 1/3 of the cheese. Combine chili and tomatoes. Spread half of chili mixture over bottom of casserole dish. Arrange stuffed manicotti over chili. Cover with remaining chili, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serving Ideas: Not very healthy, but a big hit with the kids!
