I tried your Italian Beef recipe, Carol. It sounded good to me too, and it was! I used a sirloin tip beef roast. I cooked it on high for about 3 hours, and then turned it down low for another 3 hours. Tender and delicious. My family raved over it! Next time I may try using all or part beef broth instead of the water because we like to "dip" our sandwiches. Will definitely make it again. This is Slow Cooker weather here in AZ now that temps are over 100 degrees! I'm always looking for good cooker recipes. |
