Speaking of fried bologna have you ever tried a fried hot dog?Yum,yum! Mom used to get a boneless pork tenderloin, cut it into slices then pound the slices into huge paper thin pieces with her meat mallet,dip in eggs beaten with salt & pepper then roll in crushed cracker crumbs.She would fry the slices and serve this on a toasted bun with mayo,tomato(sliced paper thin) & lettuce.Yum!Also her Sloppy Joes were so good!Her leftover meatloaf was so delicious served cold between 2 pieces of soft wonder bread with mayo & lettuce on it also.Um,um!
