Wonderful, although short, noisy rainstorm here in AZ this morning. If you've never smelled, "the rain on Arizona's skin", you should try it!Couldn't find a "What's for Breakfast" board topic, so posting this here. This morning we had our, "Beach-Memory Breakfast". Eggs, (his over-easy, mine scrambled), sliced tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and yogurt/garlic/cucumber sauce. There's a name for the sauce, TZ-something. We had homemade bread this morning, but when we are at Kojak's (a great little hole-in-the-wall place in Pacific Beach, San Diego) we have fresh pita bread. Normally we are of the oatmeal bunch, but once in a while we have to indulge ourselves with bacon and beach memories!! Here's my version of the cucumber/yogurt sauce:

Kinda-Sorta-Like Kojak's Sauce

2/3 cup fat-free yogurt
1/2 a large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped small
1 large green onion, minced
1/2 to 1 large clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients. Serve with whatever!
