very happy with your compliment. Beleive me that with a wonderful Sofrito you will prepare the best Arroz con Gandules and Masitas de Cerdo. I hope that you will make your word good and that you will prepare a wonderful Paella. I am sure that your DH will begin craving for a wonderful Paella dish. I love the Paella with Chorizos, Chicken breasts, jumbo shrimps, scallops and when there is enough money, with lobster. I always use the Yellow Rice as the base.
