I will visit it maybe today or tomorrow. I specially are interested in buying some Beau Monde Sauce because it is not available in Puerto Rico. The Hickory smoked salt is greatly appreciated here and we use it as an ingredient in BBQ Sauces and rubs for meats, chicken and fish. It is delightful and if you are not using a charcoal grill, then it gives you the opportunity to give the food a smoked flavor. I even use it in my George Foreman Grill. Here we also get the liquid smoke but I prefer the Hickory smoked salt. Later I can Provide some recipes for your enjoyment!
