I hope you like these recipes if you give them a try. I think I might sometime try using the sauce for boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I think I would pound the breasts to make them more even for grilling and maybe brush them with basil flavored olive oil to help keep them from sticking to the grill. I haven't thought far enough ahead to figure out what I would serve with them but possibly something different than what I serve with the hamburger patties.
