Hi Gladys, I'm a long lost member back in the swing. I am printing your recipes as I type. This sounds great. I bought a pork tenderloin yesterday and are preparing this tonight. Living in the Northwest seafood is always fresh and readily available so the shrimp will be great as well. My son loves to help me the kitchen prepare meals and we just had seared ahi tuna with a red wine sauce, wilted spinach and shitake mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes. His plate presentastion was so beautiful my husband took a picture of it. We love trying new ideas and look forward to sharing more.
