Next an article about Ingrid Bengis, which I recognized from My French Laundry Cookbook. The recipes made me think of your post yesterday about 'visiting' other cultures through your upcoming menus. Very interesting story about Ingrid "the country's most intellectual fishmonger almost by accident".Anyway, a must see issue and DH is due home tonight so I will be posting our menus and recipes from now on.
