I'm happy to know there are still some other bread machine users out there! I'm happy to share this recipe. It's a nice summer bread, good with cream cheese, or especially with the strawberry-flavored cream cheese. What part of Illinois are you from? Strawberry Cream Cheese Bread

1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup mashed strawberries
1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

Select Basic or Sweet setting and start machine.

Makes one 1 pound loaf.
