This is a recipe that I think you will like. I really never measure the ingredient out when I make it myself because I have made it so often, and everyones taste is different, but I will try my hardest.It also makes a large batch,so you can lessen all of the ingredients if you like. But I can guarantee you that once she tries it, and tells everyone about it, you will have to start making enough for everyone!

Homemade Spagetti Sauce

1 lrg. can tomato juice
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 med. can chopped tomatoes undrained
1 lrg. onion chopped
below are the ingredients I dont measure all though I use alot use it to your liking.
these are all dried ingredients
fennel seed,oregeno,basil,itlian seas.garlic salt,sugar,salt,pepper, and I almost forgot,lots of fresh mushrooms!
1 cup parmesan cheese
combine all,and start simmering
now for the meats.
1 package Hillshire farm hot or mild italian sausage.look like brats.slice each into 5 peices,skin and all, and bake 350 for 20 min. drain graes,add to sauce.remember to keep stiring occasionally.
meatballs.....1 lb or so ground beef
1 package lipton onion soup mix
garlic salt
1 lrg egg
6 crackers
salt,pepper
combine all, shape into balls bake 30 min at 350 drain grease add to sauce.
cover simmer, stir taste occasionally,add things to your taste if need be.it will take around 2 hours or until thick. I like to serve this sauce over angel hair pasta. ENJOY!
