My next door neighbor is a wonderful older German lady, and I have her recipe for regular red cabbage, and it is SO good. But the blueberries intrigued me.

By the way, as far as I'm concerned any temperature in the 50's means turning on my electric blanket - I have definitely acclimated to South Florida!
