The recipe I found was probably more like a lemon meringue filling, or one that is used like a banana pudding filling...simply poured over vanilla wafers and topped with whipped topping or meringue.

There's also a lemon icebox pie that uses cream cheese in the base with no eggs. In fact, each meat-and-three around here has its own recipe .

It's a snowy cold (25 and falling) day in Middle Tennessee today after a high of 65 degrees yesterday. I think it's time for us to check out those SW flights and head as far south as possible. (Although maybe not back to Key West for awhile. Did you see that traffic gridlock last week? Yikes!)
