Those are wonderful, Gina. Tried them this morning for breakfast - a little veg. oil in the pan, some diced onions, a few shakes of the Oscar Meyer bacon chunks and the potatoes. Then DH's two eggs/per week that he's allowed. He was in heaven today!

Thanks for the tip! I'm glad I bought two bags of them.
