Every single recipe in my manual has 1 tsp. of lemon juice in the ingredients list. What does that do and is it peculiar to my bread machine only?? It's a Toastmaster Bread Box machine. I don't know how old it is, but it was brand new at the yard sale. Obviously had never been used before.
