I was doing some research on the Internet, and I ran across your posting from April about
Taste of the South's spring menu. I am the food editor for Taste of the South, and I was thrilled to hear the comments from your friends who tried our recipes. Aimee Bishop from our test kitchen staff, who created that menu, is a very talented cook. I will pass along all of your comments to her.
