We use cooked shrimp for shrimp cocktail, simply thaw, pat dry with paper towels and dip in cocktail sauce.
For shrimp salad, thaw, pat dry and cut into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the size of the shrimp. Add some chopped celery, chopped hard cooked egg and a little mayo, serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
