HOLIDAY SNOWBALL MOLD
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-o 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 8 maraschino cherries and 2 tbsp cherry juice 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 (1 lb) can pear halves, drained 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-o
Make lime Jell-o according to package instructions. Pour into ring mold. Put into refrigerator to thicken.
Soften cream cheese by adding about 2 tablespoons cherry juice and cream together. Shape cream cheese mixture into 8 balls and roll in walnuts. Place 1 ball into each of the 4 pear halves, then into the ring mold over the thickened Jell-o layer. Arrange remaining cream cheese balls between pear halves. Scatter pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries as desired.
Make cherry Jell-o according to package directions. Pour Jell-o over cream cheese layer and chill until set, about 4 1/2 hours.
