My aunt has a recipe she calls knox blocks that I really love and have made several times. It is a layered jello where the middle filling is a cream color.

It is made with a package of lemon jello and knox (one package of knox for small box of jello 2 for a large box.

You make the jello as directed and add the packages of knox and then stir in a small can of sweetened condensed milk and layer it on your choice of set jello and continue to layer another color of jello as desired (you only use this recipe for the filling layer in between layers of regular jello prepared as directed on the box).
