It has been pretty nippy outside in these parts, too, but the forecast is sunny this week and, perhaps a bit warmer? Who knows...but we always enjoy the sun as it is a rarity out this way!

Next time I see peppers for the right price I will make stuffed peppers, too. I have found a butcher with the tastiest ground beef, miles beyond anything (taste-wise) in the big grocery stores, so we are having it a bit more regularly now. We also have a Fijian grocer that has just opened up recently, and they have some pretty cool stuff, including organic local lamb. I like lamb once in a while, and theirs does look great.

have a great week,

Carolyn!
