We've found so many ways to use the rotisserie chickens - they're very economical, especially when you get them at Sam's or BJs - they're also much bigger for the price, too.

thanks for the recipes and we'll be trying them soon. Heading north for our summer on Cape Cod next Wednesday. Gas is 3.74 on our local street corner I noticed today - We figured our trip budget compared to other years - it will cost us DOUBLE what other years have cost us. What we used to spend for the entire trip, motels, food, etc, will now go entirely for gas. I am getting increasingly angry and frustrated with our leaders who seem to be sitting on their behinds and letting it happen. Years ago, in the 70's when the big gas shortage happened, I remember our government taking charge and doing something about it, and it stopped -I'm thinking they put a cap on it, or something - anyone else remember how that happened? Too long ago and too many senior moments since then!

What is the gas in MA, Jackie? It'll be a good .10 to .15 higher on Cape Cod, it always is once you go over the bridges.

Happy Mother's Day to all of the mothers out there -

Love, June
