Balsamic Glaze is a bottle (brand name GIA RUSSA) found in the vinegar and oil aisle of the grocery store. I found mine at Publix. It is a dark, super-thick balsamic vinegar that has been reduced resulting in a balanced and refined taste.
The Innkeeper whose recipes these belong to, likes to drizzle it over the strata and on top of the spinach of the panini. Incredible! So delicious too!
