This is also a great appetizer for parties. Cut your squares small for the little ones...

FINGER JELLO

3 pk Jello -- (any flavor) (3oz)
1 c Whipping cream
2 1/2 c Boiling water

Boil water. Add gelatin and jello, stirring until dissolved very well. Add whipping cream and continue stirring.

Pour into 8x8 pan and chill well. (You could adapt this recipe for any holiday. For Halloween you could use orange jello, and use pumpkin shaped cookie cutters. The little ones really like this recipe).

FINGER JELLO

4 Cups Boiling Water
4 packages unflavored gelatin
1 and 1/2 Cups Prepared Jello (any flavor/flavors mixed together)

Mix the gelatin and jello together in a rectangular pan (approx 13x9). Bring the water to a boil, pour it into the jello powder, and stir until dissolved. (My family likes the bottom crunchy- so I stir less).

After it cools to room temperature, put in the refrigerator for it to harden (approximately one hour).

EAT IT CUT FROM THE PAN, OR CUT IT INTO SQUARES AND PUT IT ON A PLATE
