Jasper/I hope these ideas are on time for your wedding. Congratulations on the marriage. I am a very competent copy/paste person and wanted to be sure you saw this recipe posted below by Page on 5:46:19 pm 2/09/98:

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

These are YUMMY and very economical and easy
and make quite a few You would need to multiply the
recipe but I did a cost of it years ago and it is VERY
inexpensive, and easy to serve.

Spinach Balls:

2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 cups peperage farm herb stuffing CRUMBS (must
be pep. farms)
2 onion finely chopped (can use dehydrated just fine)
3/4 melted butter/marg.
1/2 parmesean cheese, not fresh (generic is fine)
6 large eggs (7 med)
1 Tlbs. garlic salt or powder
1 TLBS Accent (nessesary!!)

mix well, mixture will be watery, make about 7 doz.
balls (about the size or smaller of ready made meat
balls) and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 min
at 350o

These can be made (cooked & all!) way ahead of
time and frozen, reheat just before party, they are fine
even if gone "cold" on the table still goood flavor.
My 12 yr old has asked for these as a treat for years
and "he hates everything!"
