Thank you for the great ideas. My friends and I are starting a new tradition - Ethic food parties. We a planning to have them 3-4 times a year. Our first theme is Cajun. All of your ideas are wonderful. We have the main part of the meal planned out, but I still need ideas on Cajun appetizers/snacks that can stay outside. Any ideas?
