So, what you do is have the mom the be choose which presents she wants to open and put them in order, when she gets to the seventh one, you give that person who gave her the gift a necklace - pieces of blue and pink ribbon with a pacifier on it. The shower we did this at, the grandma got it and everyone had a good laugh. A cute party favor is to take diaper pins, the large ones, and string lifesavors on them and at the corner tie pink and blue ribbon.
