I glaze carrots but do not have a recipe,I simpy slice, if the carrots are large, boil in a small amount of salted water, when they are fork tender, I then add brown sugar and one can add butter (I don't add anykind of fat). Once the sugar is added I usually continue cooking them until they reach a syrupy consistency. They can be put in the oven after the sugar is added and baked until they are glazed.
