ARTICHOKE-SPINACH DIP
1 (10oz.) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained squeeze out excess water)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup mayonaise 6oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained (you can chop them or leave whole) chopped garlic, salt, pepper and parsley to taste.
Combine all ingredients and place in small baking dish. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with pita bread, tostito white corn chips or party rye.
Serves 6-8 ENJOY
