You might want to go to the TKL Site Map & click on Foodservice. Once there, try quantity cooking or foodservice, I know there are quantity cooking recipes in the McCormick Spice link for appetizers & desserts (and everything else!) But it appears that this site(if you have a little while to play around in it) might solve some of your quantity problems with recipes that are actually written with a large # in mind. Just a thought-good luck & have a great party! P.S. Just remember as long as everyone feels welcome & special, the food & atmosphere is always remembered as just part of a really great party. (It took me a long time to learn that-after too much agonizing that things wouldn't be just right)
