Hi Sandy--
I think this may be the recipe you are looking for. It is from the 1996 SL Annual Recipes book. If it is the one, it's a recipe that I use a lot. In fact, it's in the archives under Pork Roast Marinade, but I'll post it here for you. If this isn't the one, let me know and I'll search some more.
ROASTED PORK LOIN
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 Tbsp. molsses 1 Tbsp. ground ginger 2 tsp. dry mustard 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 (4-5 lb.) rolled boneless pork loin roast
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended. Trim excess fat from pork. Place pork in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top bag; pour mixture over pork, turning to coat. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove pork from marinade and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees, brushing with remaining marinade during the first hour of cooking. Makes 10-12 servings.
