This is not necessarily for valentines but any children's party. For each child you'll need two peanut butter or sugar cookies the same size. These will be "buns." Each child will need a round brownie for the "burger." I just used packaged brownie mix but baked it in a very large pan so it would be thinner and cut it with a round biscuit cutter. You will also need yellow frosting--"Mustard"--and red frosting--"Ketchup." Tint a bag of shredded coconut with green food coloring to resemble "Lettuce."

Each child can have fun assembling and then eating. Frost the bottom of one of the cookies generously with red frosting, the other with yellow. Sprinkle a little "lettuce" on each being sure that some hangs off the side. Put a round brownie in the middle and sandwich it together.

These are really cute--actually they look cuter than they taste, but my kids love them! Have fun.
