I would make twice baked potatoes or a large potato au'gratin dish. Here is a
salad I make for potlucks which is so good and makes a beautiful colorful dish.

ITALIAN VEGETABLE SALAD

3 cucumbers
2 sticks celery
2 tomatoes
1 red onion, chopped
1 bunch broccoli flowerets
1 package Good Seasons Salad Dressing

Cut up all vegetables into small bite size pieces. Make dressing following
directions.

Serves 6 but you could adjust according to the amount of people you are serving.

I also have a marvelous salad called Tomato Greek Salad. ARE YOU SERVING COLD
OR HOT MEATS? That makes a big difference too. Will leave decorations up to
the craftier ones. Have a lot of different ideas that I used to get raves for
at the potlucks. Both hot and cold dishes.
